As part of the Legoland’s 2011 Waterpark enhancements, the filtration and pumping operations required expansion. The coordination required was complex given the amount of water treated and pumped on a daily basis. Concurrently, to improve and enhance the guest experience, we were engaged to design additional shade structures, revamp the Park’s Main Entrance including new ticketing windows, reconfigure ticket-line routes, enlarge guest check-in and expand the group sales office.
