NOAA Group is seeking an experienced Project Architect to manage projects from Conceptual Design through completion of Construction. In this role, you will lead teams of Engineers and Contractors, and meet directly with Clients, to develop and execute small to large-scale projects, according to schedules and budgets. This position balances active Architectural duties with a leadership role in both the design and preparation of building plans, as well as oversight of construction.

An Architect’s License is preferred, and you must have 5+ years of experience in the following:

  • Design and drafting of Construction Documents
  • Consulting with Clients
  • Coordination with Contractors
  • Construction Administration including Jobsite Meetings
  • Preparation of Entitlement through Construction Documents, Specifications and Submittals
  • Management of Budgets and Schedules

NOAA Group is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator. You will play a vital role in preparation of Design Drawings and Construction Documents, working with Project Architects, Consultants and Contractors to develop plans and complete projects according to time and budget expectations. This is a comprehensive role that requires basic knowledge of Construction Document preparation, advanced computer skills and time management skills, to successfully balance Client’s needs, Contractor’s schedules and Construction Regulations.

We require drafting experience and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the following:

  • General knowledge of Construction Document formatting
  • Strong Revit and AutoCad skills
  • Drafting and compilation of Construction Documents
  • Coordination with Consultants
  • Coordination and processing of Plan Check Reviews
